- Wednesday 16 May: Welcome Function Wednesday night to begin the event
- Thursday 17 and Friday 18: Keynote speakers and workshops, wrapping up lunch time Friday
Keynote speakers include;

- Bryan Dawe: Providing entertainment at official Summit Dinner. Radio Television and Film, Writer and Performer
- Claire Maddern: Social Researcher, Media Commentator, and Trainer
